Former U17 FIFA World Youth Championship top scorer Macauley Chrisantus has completed his move to Finnish side HJK Helsinki as first reported by Owngoalnigeria.com.
Chrisantus who last represented Spanish third division side Real Murcia was unveiled by the club after passing a routine medical, which took place earlier today.
He signed a four months deal with the option of a year base on his performance and the 27 year old is confident that he will no doubt score goals for the good of the team.
” First of all HJK is not a small club. So I’m very happy to be joining them at this crucial point of my career. I believe it will be the turning point in my career after so many ups and downs”, he told Owngoalnigeria.com in an exclusive chat after his medicals.
” The club signed me to score goals and that is what I intend to do by the grace of God. My record is there for every body to see. Once I play, I score and I’m in my best shape ever. So expect plenty goals from me”, he concluded.
