Samuel Kalu who is close to leaving Belgium side Gent for French Ligue 1 team Bordeaux is longer working with his long term agent Tony Harris, Owngoalnigeria.com understands.
Harris has been with the 20 year old the past three years but Kalu who had his breakthrough season last term out at Belgium side Gent has decided to work with someone else.
The former Trencin winger has pitched tent with Israeli agent Dudu Dahan, who is viewed as a controversial character in Nigeria due to the shady nature of his deals with Nigerian players in the past.
Dudu brokered the transfer of Efe Ambrose to Israeli side MS Ashdod from Kaduna United, a deal which required the intervention of FIFA before the Nigeria professional team got what was due to them as transfer fee.
He was also involved with former Nigeria U17 midfielder Aliyu Abubakar and Super Eagles fringe defender Stephen Eze and just like the case of Ambrose, his association with the duo ended on a controversial note.
Kalu is however expected to arrive Bordeaux next week for medicals in the company of Dudu, whom many believed used his good relationship with the men at Gent to pull through the deal even though Harris initiated talks between both teams.
