The responsibility of scoring goals for the Super Eagles when they take on Libya tomorrow appears to have been given to the trio of Odion Ighalo, Ahmed Musa and Samuel Kalu with Iwobi playing behind the trio.

Owngoalnigeria.com discovered from yesterday’s tactical session conducted by coach Gernot Rohr during the team’s close door training about the idea of Iwobi playing in the number ten role in the absence of captain John Obi Mikel.

Rohr has once again decided to stick with Ighalo as his point man in attack with the duo of Ahmed Musa and Samuel Kalu operating from the left and right flank respectively during the drills.

Emphasis was on quick play and whipping of balls into the box for the top striker Ighalo while Iwobi will operate in a role similar to that of a free role with emphasis on quick release of the wingers and the main striker with clever balls.
