Super Eagles of Nigeria warmed up for their reverse tie against Libya in the AFCON 2019 Qualifiers by having their first and sole training session at the pitch in Tunisia where the game will be played.

As usual Owngoalnigeria.com has details of the session which lasted a little over an hour and had all 22 players involved following the injury forced withdrawal of Ogenyi Onazi and Shehu Abdullahi.

During the session goalkeeper Francis Uzoho was drilled separately by the goalkeeper coach, a sign which could mean the Elche goalkeeper will continue in his role as shot stopper later today.

The outfield players were involved in warm up drills before taking part in a mild tactical session which points to the fact that the team will line up in the favorite 4-2-3-1 formation of coach Gernot Rohr.

Goalkeeper Daniel Akpeyi will not be among the squad for the game as he was allowed to play with the outfield players while the duo of Uzoho and Ezenwa were put through their paces by the goalkeeper trainer.
