‘You Haven’t Seen Anything Yet’ – Villarreal Coach Tells Fans To Expect More From Chukwueze Soon

Coach of Villarreal Javi Calleja says new kid on the block Samuel Chukwueze will no doubt become a firm fan favorite in the coming days when he reaches his full potential.

Chukwueze has scored in back to back La Liga games and the coach while speaking on his latest goal in the 2-1 win over Real Betis reckoned that the 19 year old is one player who improves with every game he plays.

He also said Gerard Moreno, who scored the first goal for Villarreal did an excellent job for the team and he will no doubt come good after the goal against Real Betis before calling for patience in the development of Chukwueze.

“Gerard always do an excellent job. He is noble and shows in every training that he has talent. I knew that sooner or later he would make his mark. He has done a great job. For its part, Samu ( Chukwueze) is a player who does not stop growing. He is doing very well and he is showing that he does not feel the weight of playing in the top division. We must have patience with him. ”

Former Nigeria U17 and 20 left footed forward Chukwueze made his senior national team bow for Nigeria in their recent 0-0 friendly game against Uganda all thanks to his performance for Villarreal in what has been a rather poor season for the Yellow Submarines.

Villarreal will be in Europa League action on Thursday before taking on Spanish La Liga champions Barcelona next weekend at the Nou Camp with Chukwueze expected to keep his spot in the starting line up.
