Spotting jersey number 14, Michael who was playing in 11th game of the season since his loan move to the Serie B side oozed confidence on the ball from start to finish despite not getting among the goals.
He dominated the midfield duels in the encounter and just as it was against Cosenza and Crotone respectively, the former Nigeria U17 star was rated as the best player on the pitch for Perugia, who have now won their last five games in a row.
Tipped to be a part of the U20 team of Nigeria, the Nigeria Football Federation ( NFF) are however keen on having him play for the Olympic team which is the U23s while the 19 year old has his mind fixed on making the Super Eagles World Cup squad for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
