Arsenal Anglo-Nigerian forward Bukayo Saka was yesterday handed the honor of the man of the match in his first start for the first team of Arsenal this season in the 1-0 Europa League win over Qarabag.
Saka was on from start to finish at the Emirates and among all the Arsenal youngsters who featured in the game he was by far the most liveliest with smart runs from his role on the flanks.
He twice came close to scoring but even though he couldn’t cap his performance with a goal he was handed the award of man of the match shortly after the game.

He won one tackle and had four shots at goal and despite not being the tallest he was able to win one aerial duel with one key pass to his name as well. A sign of how well he bossed the game.
