Former Enyimba forward Christian Obiozor has joined Tunisian side Stade Gabesien on a two year deal to swell the number of Nigerians at the club to three, Owngoalnigeria.com reports.
Obiozor was signed after impressing the club during a short trial which bring his long wait to take his trade abroad to an end as he joins the duo of Moses Orkuma and Samuel Atvati at the club.
A member of the Nigerian team to the 2014 CHAN Championship, Obiozor has endured a injury hit career the past three years and that has limited his appearance in the Nigeria Professional Football League where he was contracted to Enyimba.
He was few details away from joining newly promoted NPFL team Gombe United before heading to Tunisia for the trials that has earned him a two year deal with Stade Gabesien and also put his career back on track.
24 year old Obiozor passed trials with South Africa side Orlando Pirates in 2017 but the move failed to materialize as Pirates failed to agree terms with Enyimba.
