Jayden Bennets will not be representing Nigeria at the U20 Africa Cup of Nations after the Watford teen star left the camp of the team ‎two days back to sort out some club issues in London, Owngoalnigeria.com can exclusively reveal.

Bennets left the camp of the team after a week in training with the squad who are in camp in Abuja perfecting their strategy for their engagements in the Africa U20 Championship which also serves as qualifiers for the U20 World Youth Championship in Poland.

During his stay in the camp, the 18 year old who has spent the best part of his life in England before his invitation to the Nigerian team struggled to fit into the training regime of the coaches particularly the physical aspect of the game.
