Nigeria international striker Victor Osimhen is making the best use of his time on loan at Turkish side Galatasary with 13 goals in 16 games in all competitions, OwnGoalNigeria.com reports.
He has endeared himself to fans of the club, who are keen on the striker ignoring the break clause that will allow him to leave the club in the January transfer window in the event for a suitable offer.
The clause was contained in the agreement that saw him join the Turkish side on loan from Napoli. The Italian side are keen on sorting his future in the January transfer window after a total breakdown in their relationship.
Osimhen is however opened to the idea of leaving the club in January, but he won’t push for an exit as he is enjoying his time at the club, and has already proposed his nephew to the club’s hierarchy.
The nephew who wasn’t named in the publication is already training with the youth team of the Turkish side as he bids to earn a deal at the club, on the recommendation of his uncle Osimhen.
According to Turkish news outlet Fanatik, It was learned that Osimhen told the Galatasaray management about his nephew, “He is very talented, don’t miss him. I expect him to be better than me.”
