South Africa Coach – I’m Aware Of Nigeria’s Effort To Cap Chelsea Aina, Bazee & Co


The newly appointed coach of the South Africa national team Stuart Baxter says he is aware of efforts by Nigeria to cap some players born abroad ahead of their AFCON 2019 Qualifiers tie in Uyo.


Baxter during his press conference displayed his knowledge about the Nigerian team, and went as far as revealing he is aware of efforts by Nigeria in area of luring players who have represented other nations at youth level.

True to his words German-Nigerian forward Noah Sarenren Bazee and Anglo-Nigerian Chelsea defender Ola Aina have already secured Nigerian international passport ahead ‎of the June 10 clash in Uyo.

The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) also confirmed that the process of getting a Nigerian passport for Chelsea hot in demand forward ‎Tammy Abraham who will represent England at the U-20 World Youth Championship in Korea.
