As the Super Eagles continue their build up to Saturday’s game against South Africa in the race to be at the 2019 AFCON, a journalist from the rainbow nation has given up on their chances.

James Robert watched the Super Eagles high octane training session this morning at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium in Uyo, and according to him the level which the Eagles performed in today’s session should give his team a cause for concern.

” My brother I saw poetry in motion, they are swift in the way they play. The pace and the intensity is scary. I’m happy our team didn’t see today’s session else they would have given up like me”, he told Owngoalnigeria.com.

” I was of the opinion that will cause an upset in Uyo, but based on what I saw today, in my heart the game has been won and lost. Nigeria will no doubt win, we don’t have the quality to stand this intense style of play. It’s scary.

” We (South Africa) will one day get there but for now, we have to be say it the way it is. Nigeria are by far the better team at the moment. Anything can happen like they say in football, not in this case I think”.
