20 year old Kalu reportedly slept off after arriving France late in the night from Nigeria and that was the primary reason why he missed training the day he was supposed to resume.

Rohr reached out to the coach of Bordeaux, a team he coached in the past and still have good contact with the club ‎and his intervention played a role in the decision of the club not to fine him or demote him to the reserves.
