Super Eagles Would Have Beaten France At Brazil 2014 If We Had VAR – Efe Ambrose Explains

0

Former Nigeria international defender Efe Ambrose says the senior national team of Nigeria would have beaten France at the 2018 World Cup if Video Assistance Referee (VAR) was in use back then.

Ambrose was part of the Nigerian team that was beaten 2-0 by France in the round of 16 at the World Cup in Brazil. A game which was dominated by Nigeria but goals from Paul Pogba and a Joseph Yobo own goal condemned them to defeat.

Ambrose has now picked out two key moments which he felt had an impact on the final result saying if there was VAR as we have now, Super Eagles would probably have won the game.

“ I just watched the highlight you sent to me of the game in 2014 where we lost to France 0-2. Looking back at two decisions that worked against us and had a final impact on the result maybe it could have gone in our favour with VAR”, Ambrose told OwnGoalNigeria.com.

“ First of all, the goal scored by Emmanuel Emenike that was ruled out for offside with scored at 0-0 would probably have stood after VAR review and Blaise Matuildi tackle that led to the injury to Ogenyi Onazi would have been reviewed as a red card.

“ Those two decisions decided that game more than anything else. We were on top before Onazi went off injured but if we had VAR there is no way Matuildi would have completed the game. He would have been sent off”, he concluded.

Introduction

Many millionaires have been made out of the online casino. Similarly, millions of dollars have also been lost in the long run. And that is why people play games. Winning or losing at a casino site often depends on how much knowledge you have about a given casino gambling feature. Here are a few facts you need to know to boost your winning at online casino:

The Legality Of Online Gambling Is Not Universal

The legality of gambling depends on the state that you come from. When it is legal in one place does not mean that anyone can play it anywhere. However, in most cases, it may not be prosecuted regardless of its legality. In most cases, payment systems at most real money online casinos aren’t as straightforward as you may expect. That’s because the law requires that you go through specific channels to ensure that you don’t disregard the protocols. Gambling laws also keep changing from time to time; hence there is a need to keep up on the latest developments to stay on top of the current laws in your area.

House Edge Always Favors The Casino

Outcomes of playing slot online entirely depend on random technology. Therefore, there are no chances of winning all the money. If that would be possible, then it wouldn’t be a business at all. Casino strategy is there to assist players in staying in the game as long as possible. It is factual that players at casino games can’t win all the time. That means that they will keep losing as long as they don’t leave in time.

Most Bonuses And Promotions Are Valid

Today, especially during this internet age, there are fake offers, if not an outright scam, when it comes to promises of free money. Hence that has made most people develop an attitude of ignoring any promises of free things. However, that isn’t the case when it comes to most online casino bonuses. Bonuses and promotions are often offered in the form of “free play” cash or a deposit match when you sign up with them. Although you do not simply cash out this free money in most cases, you must use it just like real money to a specific target. Hence this is a great way to add little extra money to boost your bankroll.

Most Reviews Are Not Reliable

The positive words from a satisfied customer form the best advertising for a casino site. With high competition in the gambling industry, positive reviews are worth their weight in gold. There when searching for a digital casino to use, it’s important to check out the reviews from previous users. However, just like any other major website, most positive reviews can’t always be reliable. Never be deceived by glowing reviews; most of them are scams meant to attract you to their sites. Some online gaming platforms can hire freelance writers to provide eye-catching reviews, which in many cases aren’t as familiar with the site as they might let on.

Conclusion

Adequate preparation is a recipe for success when playing slot online. With most online casinos, you need to register and make a cash deposit before you can participate. While you may need to install the necessary software to play, some online casinos offer browser versions for instant access to the slot game. It’s essential to be careful to avoid losing your money. Use free slot machines to learn all the slot tricks without risks to get acquainted with the rules and strategies and subsequently move on to real bets.
