He is One among the three Nigerians officially on the club’s book, the others being last season top scorer in the Nigeria Premier League Gbolahan Salami and Super Eagles B team midfielder Paul Anobi.

Like Salami he left CAF Champions League campaigners Warri Wolves to pursue a career abroad after falling out of favour internationally since the axing of coach Stephen Keshi who gave him all his 14 caps in the Super Eagles.
