Chelsea star John Mikel Obi has been named the new captain of the Super Eagles.

Former captain Ahmed Musa announced during the team pre match conference that it’s not right for him to be the captain when a senior player like Mikel is in the team.

Mikel thanked Ahmed Musa for being a model professional and promised to lead the Eagles o a win against Egypt tomorrow.
