A high court sitting in Jos, Plateau State Nigeria, has nullified the elections that brought Amaju Pinnick as president and other board members of the Nigeria Football Federation.
At the resumption of hearing earlier today the court granted the prayers of the Chris Giwa faction and in so doing instructed the Federal Government of Nigeria to recognise Giwa as the president of the NFF.
However hearing on the case will continue on the 30th of this month but the court order is clear that Amaju Pinnick should vacate office immediately before the next hearing.
