Following the success of Sadiq Umar and Nura Abdullahi at AS Roma, the Rome based side have added five more Nigerians to their team picked from Football Academy Abuja (FAA).

Highly rated Sadiq and Nura started from same Academy in Abuja before joining Roma in the summer after a successful season with the Primavera side of Serie B side Spezia.

Sadiq has already establish himself as a regular in the match day squad but Nura is yet to play a game for the senior side no thanks to injuries and a surgery to correct a heart defect.

Despite the contrasting success of the duo AS Roma took up the option of turning their loan deal into a permanent one and have now followed that up with the capture of five more Nigerian teens.
