Wolverhampton Wanderers 20 year old defender Dominic Iorfa who is reportedly on the radar of Southampton,Arsenal and Crystal Palace will prefer a move to West Ham according to a family source.
“It’s true that Iorfa is wanted by Southampton,Arsenal,West Ham and Crystal Palace but for obvious reasons he is more comfortable with a move to West Ham where he is most likely to get more playing time than any of the above team” a family member told Owngoalnigeria.com.
As exclusively reported by Owngoalnigeria.com in January a bid from West Ham was rejected by Wolves in the winter transfer window for Iorfa who impressed for England at the recently concluded Toulon football tournament which England won.
However it appears they will get their man this time around even though his father Dominic Iorfa snr. an ex Nigerian international told us in January that Wolves are demanding a transfer fee in excess of £7m.
Still eligible to represent Nigeria at senior level he has made over 60 appearances for West Ham since making his debut as a 17 year old and he is heavily tipped to be a success in the English Premier League due to his pace,strength,tackling and aerial abilities.
