According to Tony Harris the agent of Super Eagles vice captain Ahmed Musa, the 23 year old is few details away from joining an English Premier League side.
Tony Harris refused to deny Southampton interest in the CSKA Moscow forward as exclusively revealed by Owngoalnigeria but he did not name the club the forward will be heading to in the English Premier League.
Musa is a target for Leicester City who have had two bid rejected for his services but they are also facing competition from Southampton who are reportedly in the market for a new forward following the same of Sadio Mane to Liverpool.
Tottenham Hotspurs and Crystal Palace have also made enquiries about the forward who has scored double digit goals in his last two seasons in the Russian top flight league.
Already back in pre season training with CSKA Moscow, he didn’t play in their 1-0 pre season pre season victory over second division side Strogino, a sign that a move away from Russia where he has been since 2012 is imminent.
