Former Nigeria Under-17 World Cup winner Sheriff Isa has been officially unveiled as a player of Ukrainian Premier League side Chornomorets.
The club announced his capture on a two year deal following his release by fellow Ukrainian side Olimpik Donetsk, where he has been since 2012.
Since leaving Kano Pillars, the left footed ace has turned out for Olimpik Donetsk, where he has scored a total of 14 goals from a combined league appearance of 82, both in the premier division and the second division.
25 year old Isa was a member of the late coach Yemi Tella all conquering Under-17 team of 2007. The forward was a revelation at the tournament even though he wasn’t a starter.
He scored three vital goal at the Championship in Korea, a brace in the last group game against Haiti and the opener against Colombia in the knock out stage.
