Nigeria international Alex Iwobi has earned himself more praises after his scintillating performance for Arsenal in their 3-0 win over London rival Chelsea.

The Nigerian lasted 69 minute before he was substituted by Kieran Gibbs, but for the period he was on. He was by far one of the Arsenal player who made Chelsea look so ordinary.

He has a hand in the second goal scored by Theo Walcott, as it was his defence splitting pass to Hector Bellerin that cut out the Chelsea defence for Bellerin to set up Walcott.

Iwobi was handed the Man Of the Match award after the game, the third for the 20 year old since he made his debut in the league.

“Iwobi offers Arsenal something different. His close control and touch was the difference today” Arsenal legend Ian Wright said.
