Despite what looks like a mini crisis for Nigeria in the area of full backs, coach of the Nigeria senior national team Gernot Rohr is not looking the way of England youth international Dominic Iorfa, who is eligible for Nigeria.

Iorfa is the son of former Nigeria international Dominic Iorfa, who has long said his son would decide his international future once he reached a particular age, but for now he is focused on progressing through the youth ranks of the English national team.

However the coach of the Super Eagles Rohr is keen on having options at both left and right full back, and Iorfa who has been a regular for Championship side Wolverhampton Wanderers as a full back is currently not under consideration.

In the past he was invited to train with the Nigeria U23 team before the start of the Olympics qualifiers for the Rio event but declined as he was just making headway into the first team of Wolverhampton Wanderers when the call up came.

He is teammate to Nigeria number one shot stopper Carl Ikeme, another player born in the UK, but opt for Nigeria, where he is first choice since the retirement of Vincent Enyeama.
