Former Nigeria U-17 forward Feyisetan Asagidigbi is close to joining Argentina Primera League giants CA Banfield, Owngoalnigeria.com can exclusively reveal.

Blessed with the ability to shoot with both feets, Asagidigbi is a product of fast rising Nigeria team Karamone FC, who are slowly emerging as a force when it comes to producing of talented footballers.

Karamone FC are reportedly finalizing the remaining details of his transfer, which will be followed by a medical in the coming days according to scoop gathered by Owngoalnigeria.com.

President of Karamone FC Ramone Remmie and Argentine agent Marcelo Houseman who is representing the interest of the Argentine side are close to reaching agreeing on his transfer.

The 18 year old forward who rose from the Nigeria U-13 team to the U-17 was the star of the Nigerian U-15 Youth Olympic team that won gold in 2014, and was subsequently promoted to the U-17 team.

He played for the Nigeria U-17 team in one of the qualifiers for the World Youth Championship, but missed out on a spot in the team due to a knock picked up prior to the naming of the squad that won the World Youth Championship in Chile.
