My Son Wants To Play For Nigeria – Father Of England Youth International Tells Rohr

Another England youth international defender has pledged his future to Nigeria according to the father of the ‎player, who has represented England at various youth levels.

Dominic Iorfa Snr, who is the father of Wolverhampton Wanderers defender ‎Dominic Iorfa said his son is now ready to pledge his senior international future to Nigeria ahead of England, the team he has represented at various youth levels.

Iorfa Snr made this known during a Television programme monitored by Owngoalnigeria.com, citing the fact that his son is now 23 years ‎old, the age he said he will make a decision on his international future months ago.

Iofra Jnr turned 23 last month, and with over 87 professional matches under his belt, the central defender who can also play as a full back is among the players set to be on their way out of the Molineux outfit.

He has represented England 15 times at youth level, and even trained with the first team last year, and reports indicate he is close to joining English Championship side Leeds United before the start of the next football season.
