AS Roma Nigerian duo of Sadiq Umar and Nura Abdullahi are slowly etching their way towards breaking into the first team of Italian side Roma under new coach Eusebio De Francesco.
The duo were once again retained by the coach in his list of 28 players who going to the United State of America for a training tour ahead of the start of next season.
Sadiq scored the winner in their last test game against Slovacko, while Nura is on the final mend as in his bid to return to full fitness after the disappointment of missing out on a chance to make his first team bow, no thanks to niggling injuries.
During the tour Roma will be involved in the International Champions Cup where they will face PSG in Detroit on July 19, Tottenham in New York on 25 and Juventus 30 in Boston.
