Nigeria Professional Football League side Akwa United have found themselves in another transfer mess following the transfer of Alhassan Ibrahim popularly called Mu’azam to Austria Wien of Austria.
Early this month the club were in the news over the sale of one of their player Moses Ebiye who joined Norwegian side Lillestroem, but despite been on the books of the club. The Uyo based outfit only got 2% of his fee.
The 2% given to the team was in line with an agreement made with 36 Lions the team they bought the lanky striker from before the start of the Nigeria Professional Football League.
Mu’azam who is also on their books and according to several sources one of their highest paid players was announced as a loan signing by Austria Wien two days ago from FC Heart by the club.
Upon the capture of Mu’azam two days ago, the club announced he will be joining them on loan from Nigerian Academy side FC Heart and not Akwa United where he has been since the start of the season.
Furthermore they refused to disclose the terms of his transfer which according to the club won’t be revealed due to an agreement with FC Heart that the terms of his loan deal won’t be revealed.
