An idea on how the Super Eagles will line up when they take on Libya on Saturday was revealed by coach Gernot Rohr during the team’s training session which was held behind close doors.
Ahead of their AFCON 2019 Qualifiers tie against Libya, Rohr decided to have the players train without spectators to perfect strategies and formations as they search for their first win at home in the qualifiers.
Owngoalnigeria.com eagle eyes correspondent were however able to source for details of the session which lasted for close to two hours with all players taken part, while the coaches watch on.
Base on the way they lined up against each other, Rohr will likely make four changes from the starting line up for the last game against Seychelles bar the likely inclusion of William Troost-Ekong in central defence, Shehu Abdullahi at right back and Jamilu Collins at left back as well as Alex Iwobi behind top striker Odion Ighalo.
The duo were the only new players who trained with the team that contains the probables and they were lined up in Rohr’s favorite 4-2-3-1 formation against the possibles.
