Abduala conceded four goals in the game but he insist that when they meet in Sfax, Nigeria won’t have it as easy as they did owing to the fact that luck played a big role in the big win they enjoyed in Uyo.
” It’s not over yet. We can still beat them in Tunisia and we will do that. They were lucky with some decisions and we were not. In Tunisia it won’t be the same”, the goalkeeper said in an interview with the press in Libya translated by Owngoalnigeria.com editorial team.
” Nigeria have a good team with individual players in Europe but we gave them a good fight and we hope to do better in Tunisia. Mistakes to be corrected were made by us during the game. We will beat them in Tunisia “, he concluded.
The defeat means Libya are now third on the qualification log of group E with South Africa replacing them as group leaders following their 6-0 win over Seychelles yesterday, while Nigeria are on six points one point behind the leaders but two points ahead of Libya.
