The coach of Belgium top division side Zulte-Waregem has become a target for fans of the club who are angry with him over his decision to snub red hot Charleroi forward Victor Osimhen after trials this summer.
Osimhen was made available on loan by his parent owners Wolfsburg before the start of the season and Zulte-Waregem had him on trials but decided against signing him after one week of close assessment by the coaches.
Coach of the team Francky Dury didn’t deem the 19 year old good enough for his team back then but he was left stunned when Osimhen scored a brace against his team after Charleroi agreed to snap him up months after the failed experience with his team.
Fans of the club as expected are now calling for his head as their top scorer has just two goals more than Osimhen from more games with Osimhen on five goals from nine games and fewer minutes than the top marksman for Zulte-Waregem.
Furthermore his goals have helped Charleroi stay 9th on the log as opposed to Zulte-Waregem who are presently placed bottom of the log after 14 round of games in the Belgium top division.
