Former coach of the Nigeria U20 team Ladan Bosso has agreed a move to Nigeria National League side Gombe United, who are waiting on a decision to decide their next season participation in the Nigeria Profesional Football League ( NPFL).
Bosso was sought-after by teams in Nigeria after terminating his contract at FC Ifeanyi Ubah last season due to unpaid wages but he has decided to settle for Gombe United as they offered him better terms than the other teams interested in his services.
In the past the coach handled teams like Wikki Tourist, Kano Pillars, El-Kanemi Warriors, Niger Tornadoes, Abia Warriors and FC Ifeanyi Ubah in the Nigeria Profesional Football League.
The coach has already made his first signing by snapping up former Nigeria U23 goalkeeper Emmanuel Daniel who is back to Nigeria following the mutual termination of his contract at South Africa PSL side Orlando Pirates.
Daniel who kept goal for Nigeria at the Rio 2016 Olympics will join the team when they begin preparation for next season Owngoalnigeria.com can exclusively reveal.
Gombe United will be the third team the 23 year old will represent in the NPFL after starring for Ranchers Bees, Shooting Stars and Enugu Rangers before his move to South Africa.
