Chelsea Loanee Omeruo Celebrates Birth Of His Daughter With Stellar Performance For Leganes Against Valladolid

Super Eagles defender Kenneth Omeruo was once again rock solid for his loan side Leganes in their 4-2 win away to Real Valladolid in the La Liga to extend their unbeaten run to five games in the league.

Omeruo started as part of a back four and just like it was when he played in a back five, he was solid with his timing, tackles and interception standing him out as one of the top performers for his side in defence during the game.

It was his seventh straight game in the La Liga but this particular game ‎is special to the 24 year old as it was played four days after his wife gave birth to their first child, which happens to be a girl.

On a season long loan from Chelsea, talks are already on about Leganes triggering the clause they agreed in making his loan deal permanent after the end of this season owing to his performance which has been top notch so far.
