16 year old Arsenal youth team goalkeeper Arthur Okonkwo is yet to give a definite answer to the Nigeria Football Federation ( NFF) regarding his involvement with the Nigeria U20 team.
Okonkwo has been lined up for invitation to the team who are preparing for the Africa U20 Cup of Nations but they need assurances from the youngster who has trained severally with the first team of Arsenal before officially inviting him.
It appears he is keen on continuing his career with England where he has played from U16 to U18s. He is presently the first choice goalkeeper of the English U18 team.
Rated highly by the technical crew of Arsenal, he stands at an impressive height of 6ft 5in which many believe is part of why he is tipped for a bright future, something which made the handlers of the Nigerian team to push for him to switch allegiance to Nigerian team.
