The Super Eagles quartet of Francis Uzoho, Victor Osimhen, Valentine Ozornwafor and Chidozie Awaziem had their first training session with the Nigeria U23 team ahead of the return leg of the Africa U23 Cup of Nations Qualifiers game against Libya, Owngoalnigeria.com reports.

As first reported by this portal, the four players were drafted to the squad by coach Gernot Rohr to help assist the Imama Amapakabo led side overturn a 0-2 deficit suffered in the first leg played in Tunisia on Wednesday.

Uzoho will provide cover in goal with first choice goalkeeper Abubakar Adamu suspended for the return leg due to the red card he picked up in the first ‎leg on Wednesday which led to the introduction of Nigeria U20 goalkeeper Olawale Oremade.

The defence of the team that played in the first leg will be fortified with the duo of Valentine Ozornwafor and Chidozie Awaziem who are expected to bring their wealth of experience to stabilize the shaky backline which conceded two goals.

In attack, Osimhen will join fellow Belgium based striker Taiwo Awoniyi who like Osimhen is on loan to Mouscron where he has scored in all but two games since his move in January, while Osimhen has 12 league goals for Charleroi where he is on loan from Wolfsburg.
