24 year old Nigerian forward Benjamin Thomas Kuku has put himself in the bracket of top teams in Israel after scoring 13 goals with 5 assist to propel Hapoel Kfar Saba to the top division in Israel.
Signed as a free player after his departure from Romanian side Sepsi FC, Kuku moved to Hapoel Kfar Saba in the summer and wasted no time in proving his worth to the Israeli side.
He ended the season as one of the top scorers in the division with his 13 goals from 36 games making him the top scorer of the club in the recently concluded season where his team finished as champions.
According to his representatives Akinyemi Busola, teams have made inquiries about his availability but a decision will be taken after talks with Hapoel Kfar Saba before they begin their campaign in the top division next season.
” They have been interest from teams for his services but nothing official yet. We will sit with Hapoel Kfar Saba for talks before the start of the season in Israel on the way forward but for now he will likely remain in Israel “, Busola told Owngoalnigeria.com.
