Out of favour Super Eagles midfielder Mikel Agu is in line for a summer switch on a permanent deal to Greek giants Olympiacos from Portuguese Side FC Porto, Owngoalnigeria.com reports.
Agu spent last season on loan to Vitoria Setubal after failing to impress coach Sergio Conceicao during pre season with FC Porto, where he was sent home from their training camp.
At Vitoria Setubal, he played 18 games to help them beat the drop to the second division despite battling injuries and fitness for large spell of the season where he scored just one league goal.
Olympiacos are ahead of the teams queuing up for his services with Porto keen on letting him leave in the summer as he is already 26 and after eight years on their books he is yet to establish himself in the first team.
A fee in the region of €5m could be enough to sign him permanently from Porto, a move that could likely happen before the end of the summer transfer window.
