Turkish side Galatasaray are still not certain on the best way to help Nigeria international defender Valentine Ozornwafor to progress at the club following his move from Enyimba FC of Aba.
The 19 year old was initially billed to be sent on loan by the club but he impressed the technical crew in pre season training which made them believe he could play some part for them in the season.
A mixed performance in pre season games brought fresh doubts to the minds of the technical crew and it didn’t come as a surprise to many when he was not listed in the squad for the Turkish Super Cup.
Ozornwafor will now remain with the club until at least the close of the transfer window to know his fate at the club although it is believed that if Galatasaray fail to sign a defender then he could stay as fourth choice and play youth league games for the youth team.
Expected to be a part of the Nigeria U23 team for the next round of qualifiers for the U23 Africa Cup of Nations he is presently training with the first team before a decision is made about his future.
