
Teammate of newly capped Super Eagles midfielder Joe Aribo has reminded coach of the senior national team of Nigeria Gernot Rohr about his availability as he has also pledged hus allegiance to the senior national team of Nigeria.
Seyi Ojo who played for England at various youth level says he is keen to follow in the footstep of Aribo who marked his international debut for Nigeria with a goal in the 2-2 friendly draw against Ukraine.
On loan from Liverpool to Rangers, , the 22 year old is enjoying a far more productive spell in Scotland than last season while on loan to French Ligue 1 side Reims as he has so far scored five goals in all competitions this season.
Born in Nigeria, the left footed ace said he is available if called up by the coach as he has already ditched the idea of representing England at senior level despite making 42 appearances for England from U16 to U21.
” I have made it known that I am willing to switch allegiance to Nigeria. Yes I will be glad if I am called up because just like Aribo I also want to play for Nigeria at senior level.
