Ola Aina will once again play at right back for the Super Eagles of Nigeria when they take on Brazil in an international friendly game on the 13th of next month, coach of the Nigerian team Gernot Rohr has hinted.
Aina impressed with his performance against Ukraine in the 2-2 draw proving that his performance for Torino in the Serie A is no fluke with a near faultless display.
Ahead of the game against Brazil, Rohr has handed a recall to first choice right back Shehu Abdullahi who plays for relegated Turkish side Bursaspor but it appears Aina will still get the nod.
According to Rohr he won’t be making any significant change to the starting lineup that played against Ukraine as he bid to have a cohesive unit before their next competitive game in November.
” We are planning for the game in November so it will be nice to make few changes if we will make any it will be due to injury. Aina did very well at right back and the defenders need to play again to help the understanding “, the coach told Owngoalnigeria.com.
