Chelsea forward Tammy Abraham was left unhappy by the decision of coach Gareth Southgate not to play him as England thrash Bulgaria 4-0 to move themselves closer to qualification for Euros 2020.
Abraham who presently has more goals than any English player in the English Premier League was once again among the substitutes for England in the game against Bulgaria but unlike the 1-2 loss against Czech Republic where he was introduced late on as a substitute, he wasn’t summoned even when England were leading 4-0.
The situation according to several Chelsea related blog left the forward who committed his international future to England ahead of Nigeria disappointed as he was hoping to get some game time base on his form although he admitted that he is still new to the set up.
He vow to continue to work hard to keep his spot in the team and hopefully take his chance when he is called upon by the coach who knows all about his abilities during his time as coach of the U21s of England.
His major aim still remains getting into the squad of the Three Lions for next year European Championship, something he believe he can achieve if he continue to score for Chelsea when the league resumes after the international break.
