The Super Eagles of Nigeria made an impression on coach of the national team of Brazil during Saturday’s friendly game in Singapore which ended in a 1-1 draw , Owngoalnigeria.com reports.
Tite who watched his team come from a goal down to draw 1-1 against the Nigerians reckoned the team has a lot of potentials in attack to trouble any team in the world if they play to their potential.
He mentioned the trio of Alex Iwobi, Samuel Chukwueze and Victor Osimhen as quick and exciting with the way they combine in attack during the friendly game on Sunday.
” We know of the physical way African teams play and that was a big test for us. Nigeria have quick and exciting players like Chukwueze, Iwobi and Osimhen. The man on the left Simon (Moses) is also very quick as well. They are lucky to have them”, the coach said while reviewing the game.
Speaking further he said the lesson learnt from the games against Senegal and Nigeria respectively will put his team in good shape ahead of their competitive engagements next month.
He played down the fact they have not won any game since lifting the Copa America saying the team hasn’t played badly even though they are yet to pick a win in their last round of games.
