Leganes and Nigeria international defender Chidozie Awaziem failed in his bid to have the shirt of Real Madrid legend and captain Sergio Ramos shortly after the 0-5 drubbing they received at the hands of the Laliga giants.
Awaziem was on from start to finish for Leganes and was among the few players who stood out for his team despite the hammering which further compounded their poor start to the season.
On a season long loan from Porto, Awaziem who has in the past spoke about his admiration of the Real Madrid legend approached him for a shirt swap after the game but was turned down by Ramos, who appears to be explaining to the Nigerian that he has someone else he wants to give.
The incident was caught live on television after the game with Awaziem walking away and nodding his head apparently disappointed that he was beaten to the shirt by probably one of his teammates. However he could yet get the shirt of Ramos when both teams clash in the reverse fixture.
