Super Eagles Training – Samuel Kalu, Iwobi, Ndidi, Ajayi Fittest Eagles In Camp

The Super Eagles of Nigeria had two training session ahead of their AFCON 2021 Qualifiers game against Benin Republic on Wednesday at the Nest of Champions in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State Nigeria.

Owngoalnigeria.com monitored the two sessions of the team and observed the way the players reacted to the demands of the coach Gernot Rohr led technical crew for the two hours the session lasted.

During the session four players completed all of the drills prior to the mini game they had among themselves with Wilfred Ndidi leading the trio of Alex Iwobi, Samuel Kalu and Semi Ajayi.

Ndidi finished as first in almost all of the drills, losing only once in a sprint race to Kalu, who was also very sharp on the ball and not scared to get involved during the practice match they had before the end of today’s session.

Everton summer signing Iwobi was also very lively as he chased almost all balls played in his direction after also impressing by finishing all of the drills done by the coaches same as Ajayi who looks very solid and assured during the practice match.
