Moses Simon Powers Nantes To Another Win With Fifth Assist Of The Season

Super Eagles forward Moses Simon was once again pivotal for his French Ligue 1 side Nantes with his fifth assist in all competitions in their 1-0 win over Nimes yesterday.

Simon who is on a season long loan from Spanish side Levante showed why he has been ever present for the modest French side since the completion of his loan move and debut.

In the league he has three assists and two goals, a tally which makes him the player who has contributed more goals to Nantes than any other player this season after 18 round of games in the French top division.

Already Nantes have informed Levante that they will take up the option of making his deal permanent in the summer. A move many believe they will make and later trade him off immediately following interest from teams in Europe.

Tottenham Hotspur were the latest team to have scouted the forward but there are also interest from other teams in England, Spain, Germany and only recently a team in Italy contacted his representatives,
