Super Eagles forward Moses Simon has emerged as the prime summer target of German League giants Bayern Munich when his loan deal with French Ligue 1 side Nantes expires at the end of the season, Owngoalnigeria.com understands.
Simon has impressed this season for Nantes where he is on loan from Levante. His latest goal in his team’s 1-2 loss to PSG takes his goal count for the season to eight goals and he also has eight assists this season in all competitions.
His form has not gone unnoticed and only in January, he rejected a move to Leeds United in the English Championship but in the summer with Nantes set to sign him permanently he will no doubt be traded off almost immediately.
Bayern Munich is in dire need of a winger and they have open preliminary talks with the representatives of Simon to thrash out a deal in the summer as they bid to beat other clubs to the services of the 24 year old.
