Villareal of Spain and Super Eagles wing whizkid, Samuel Chukwueze has shared his thoughts as to the player who is most under-appreciated in the national team of Nigeria.

The 20-year old has named on-loan Getafe midfielder, Oghenekaro Peter Etebo as the most underrated player in the Super Eagles setup in an #ETLive session.

When posed with the question, Chukwueze posited “Etebo, he is a workaholic, he never stops running. He doesn’t talk much but inside the pitch, Etebo? Wow!

Eulogizing the former Las Palmas player, Samu addeded that “he is strong, reminds me of Avengers (laughs). If he wants to kick, he will kick nonsense out of your body”.

The 24-year old Etebo made his international debut in 2013 in an African Nations Championship qualification game against Ivory Coast. So far he has amassed 35 caps with one goal, which came against Egypt at the Ahmadu Bello stadium, Kaduna in 2016.

The former Warri Wolves midfield Trojan is currently on loan at Getafe from Championship side, Stoke City. He joined the English side in 2018 from CD Feirense after making 14 caps at Las Palmas while on loan.
