Former Nigeria U17 and U20 winger Musa Yahaya has joined second division Portuguese side Vizela from FC Porto, Owngoalnigeria.com reports.
Musa starred for Nigeria at the 2013 U-17 World Youth Championship where Nigeria emerged as champions and he was subsequently among the players elevated to the 2015 U20 team.
The 22 year old joined FC Porto after a successful season on loan to Portimonense from the youth team of English side Tottenham Hotspur. He joined the B team with a view of making it to the first team.
However after three years with the team with a total of over a 100 games for the B team, the closest he has come to playing for the main team is by getting involved in training sessions.
At the start of this summer, he agreed to mutually terminate his deal at Porto paving the way for his move to Vizela where his ex Porto teammate Chidera Ezeh plays for at the moment.
Ezeh was also a member of the 2013 all conquering Nigeria U17 team under the guidance of coach Manu Garba.
