17 year old Bayern Munich forward Jamal Musiala has shut down any chance of switching allegiance to Nigeria leaving England and Germany as the fore runners for his international future.

Musiala has taken the Bundesliga by storm this season with three goals in seven games including one in the 3-3 draw with RB Leipzig over the weekend.

Born to a Nigerian father in Germany , he moved to England at the age of seven and played for England at U15 and U16 level before switching to represent Germany as well. In 2019 he backtracked to England and played for them at U17 level before he was promoted to the U21.

Despite playing for the above mentioned countries he still remain eligible for Nigeria but he has move on from that option according to one of his representatives who spoke with Owngoalnigeria.com.

“ No chance and that is me being very honest. Nigeria will always remain in his heart but in terms of playing for them it’s almost impossible. He grew up in Germany and England and have played for them at youth level.
