Belgium side KAS Eupen have made the first move to sign 22 year old Enyimba forward Anayo Iwuala who has two caps for the senior national team of Nigeria.
Representatives from the team have already contacted the Nigerian side over their intention for the forward this summer, and they are willing to pay €350,000 in several installments based on some variables.
The variables include qualification for European tournaments, goals, appearances and also their stay in the Belgium top flight after their struggles this season leading to them finishing 13th at the end of the season.
Enyimba rate him in the region of €1 million but they are open to listening to offers below the price tag hence talks are underway with the Belgium side.
The winger played in Nigeria’s last two Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers games against Benin Republic and Lesotho respectively after impressing coach Gernot Rohr.
Rohr watched the pacy winger in Nigeria Professional Football League games and also in the CAF Confederation Cup where he has emerged as one of the standout players for the Aba side.
