Ex FC Ifeanyi Ubah Forward Uche Sebastian Signs For Norwegian Side Stabaek

Norway top division side Stabaek have announced the signing of former FC Ifeanyi Ubah forward Uche Sebastian on loan with the option to buy.

The club announced the signing of the 20 year old on a short term deal which will run till the 30th of August where a permanent deal will likely be on the table if he impresses.

He caught the attention of of followers of the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) last season while at FC Ifeanyi Ubah with his brace against Warri Wolves and a solitary strike against Enyimba.

The Sporting Director of the Norwegian side Torgeir Bjarmann while speaking on the forward said they have scouted him for a while describing him as a player who has good speed and power.

“ Uche was scouted a while ago. We have really just been waiting for an opportunity to get him in. He has good speed and he is powerful due to his weight when in the box”, he told the official website of the club.

Responding, Uche vows to give his all in his initial three months spell at the club to earn a longer deal “ I’m going to give one hundred percent and do the best I can to improve the team”, he said in his first official interview for the website of the team.
